Repairs
I am happy to repair an item that is broken. Just contact me with the issue and I will advise you of return instructions. Mostly this is not a free service, If however the finish starts rubbing off a gold or other plated part that is guaranteed not to wear off, that part WILL be replaced free of charge other than the shipping fee to return the item. If the repair is needed due to a workmanship error, I will repair that item free within 90 days from the date of purchase. All you pay is the cost of returning the item to me.
I repair items on a case by case basis, and there are no flat fees involved. If you would like to know the cost of a particular repair, please contact me.
Repairs are not always possible with the same piece of wood or acrylic. In the case of a one piece pen, a separate piece of wood or acrylic of the same type will be used, but it will NOT be an exact duplicate of what you had before if it is made from wood as there are no 2 pieces of wood that are exactly the same. Even shape & color of the pen or other item may change slightly from what it was before, since I do not use a duplicator to produce the products, and woods vary in color greatly from piece to piece.
In order to make a 2 piece pen look the way it should such as a Slimline or Majestic, if I have to replace 1 piece of wood because it is beyond repair, I will replace BOTH pieces of wood to match each other and giving you back a great looking pen that you are still proud to own. I will not give you back a mismatched pen. That is not how things are done here. I will then use the good pen part in something like a key fob or other item, things rarely go to waste here.
